Vivan steers our advocacy initiatives. Previously, he has served as the CEO of the Global Governance Program at the Observer Research Foundation (ORF). He is a Visiting Fellow at ORF, Advisor to the Esya Centre, and Board Member of several innovation-centric start-ups. He is also the author of "Wonked!: India in Search of an Economic Ideology", published by Bloomsbury in 2019.
Raghav steers our investment mandates. Previously, he served as Director at a merchant bank, handling corporate finance mandates and as a strategic advisor to a large infrastructure firm. Raghav started his career in the financial services industry in Switzerland, and has experience of structuring cross-border investments.

Nikhil leads our social responsibility initiatives and helps clients tailor CSR projects. Keenly involved in project design and management, Nikhil has implemented development projects for international donor organisations and philanthropic organisations across Bihar, Jharkhand, Karnataka and other states. Previously, he worked with the National Institute of Urban Affairs, subsequent to garnering experience working with farmer’s organizations in rural Rajasthan.
Madhav is an architect and urbanist. He co-founded Anagram Architects in partnership with Vaibhav Dimri in 2004. He has presented talks at many prestigious forums including the Thomas Memorial Lecture Series at Cornell University, Ithaca, the Spring Lecture Series at RIBA, London, and the Planning Commission's mid-term appraisal of the 11th Five Year Plan. Keenly involved in academia, Madhav conducts a design studio at the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi where he also guides dissertations, seminars and research papers. He moderates the annual Design X Design roundtable in Delhi which aims at building discourse around Indian design across disciplines. He writes regularly for the Architectural Digest and the Times of India in addition to being published in the “Bahaus” magazine, Architektur, Fachmagazin, Designboom and Archdaily.
Jayant Chaudhary served as a Member of Parliament in the 15th Lok Sabha. He is currently the National Vice-President of the Rashtriya Lokdal. Concerned with the impact of climate change on our country, its agriculture and environment, Jayant has been an active participant in many multilateral forums engaging with the climate challenge. He has served as a member of several Parliamentary Committees; the Standing Committees on Commerce, Agriculture and Finance, the Consultative Committee on Finance, the Committee on Ethics, and the Committee on Government Assurances. He was a member of the General Board of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Kisan Trust.
